Payment Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

This Payment Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions applicable to all business transactions with Trivardha International. By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Payment Terms

* All prices are quoted based on product specifications, quantity, packaging requirements, destination, and shipping terms.

* A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued prior to order confirmation.

* Orders shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and/or written confirmation from both parties.

* Payment methods, currency, and payment timelines will be clearly specified in the Proforma Invoice.

* Any bank charges, remittance fees, intermediary bank fees, taxes, duties, or currency conversion costs shall be borne by the buyer.

* Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in shipment delays, suspension of processing, or order cancellation.

 2. Advance Payment & Balance Payment

* An advance payment is mandatory to initiate procurement, manufacturing, production, packaging, or order processing activities.

* Balance payment (where applicable) must be received before dispatch of goods or as otherwise agreed under the applicable Incoterms.

* Trivardha International reserves the right to withhold shipment, documentation, or release of goods until all outstanding payments have been received in full.

3. Order Cancellation

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

* Orders may only be cancelled before procurement, manufacturing, processing, packaging, or shipment activities have commenced.

* Once products have been manufactured, sourced, processed, packed, customized, or dispatched, cancellation shall not be permitted.

* Any costs incurred prior to cancellation, including procurement, manufacturing, packaging, documentation, testing, storage, logistics, or administrative expenses, shall be deducted from any refundable amount.

4. Refund Policy

* Refunds are applicable only for cancellation requests approved by Trivardha International.

* Approved refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable costs, administrative charges, banking fees, and any expenses already incurred.

* No refunds shall be issued once goods have been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to a carrier or logistics provider.

* Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking procedures.

5. Quality Claims & Disputes

* Any quality-related claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

* Claims must be supported by clear photographic evidence, video evidence, inspection reports, and any other relevant documentation.

* Claims arising from transit damage, improper handling, improper storage, customs delays, or circumstances beyond the control of Trivardha International shall not qualify for a refund.

* All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company's decision shall be final based on the available evidence.

 6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

* Perishable products once shipped.

* Custom-manufactured products.

* Private-label or customized packaging orders.

* Products produced or supplied according to customer specifications.

* Goods affected by force majeure events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Trivardha International.

7. Force Majeure

Trivardha International shall not be liable for any failure, delay, loss, or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters and extreme weather conditions.

* Government restrictions or regulatory changes.

* War, civil unrest, or labor disputes.

* Port congestion and shipping disruptions.

* Transportation failures.

* Pandemic-related restrictions.

* Supplier shortages or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such situations, delivery schedules and contractual obligations may be reasonably adjusted without liability.

8. Policy Updates

Trivardha International reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Payment Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
